Byline: DENNIS YUSKO Staff writer Waterford The Waterford-Halfmoon School District Board of Education will hold two public meetings in the next five weeks to review the district's largest capital improvement ever proposed. -

District leaders will outline the specifics of the $12.8 million building project at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, and Thursday, March 4, in the school's media center. The vote on the renovations and additions is March 9.
