Fed: Unions take on building commissioner
Victoria's construction union will take on the industry's Royal Commission in the FederalCourt, calling for an end to restrictions on the cross-examination of witnesses.
The Construction Forestry Mining and Energy Union's 45 construction officials and executivesfiled a suit in the Federal Court in Melbourne on Monday.
